Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year - Christmas Themed Gourds

I wanted to share with you the Christmas themed gourds I created for a local craft show. The craft show was put together by Saint Bartholomew's Catholic Church in Newaygo, MI. It was actually their first craft show . . . they did a great job and I hope to see even more people in the coming years.

Animal Skin Kalimba Instrument

My first thumb piano or Kalimba. I wanted to give it a "wild jungle" look so I painted the stripes and colors of several African animals. Rather a fun little piece that I'd love to make again. If you're interested in a Kalimba gourd of your own, let me know.

Fresh as a Butterfly Carved and Woodburned Gourd Bowl
